How to find AAV Lue-Stailas?
Nested at 1935 m (6300 ft) among the mountain peaks of the easternmost Swiss canton named Graubuenden (movie), AAV Lue-Stailas is located to the west and outside of the small village of Lue in the valley of Muestair, just southeast of the famous Engadin region.
There is only one main road in the valley, connecting it with the rest of Switzerland to the west and with Italy to the east . Along this road, frequent busses with regular schedules connect Lue with the other five villages in the valley and the rest of the world.
From Zurich-Airport, the area can be reached either by car or a combination of train and bus (4 hrs). The trip takes you southeast though Landquart, Klosters, Zernez, and then through the beautiful Swiss National Park and across the always open Ofenpass (2100 m or 6600 ft) into the Val Mustair.

Clicking on the bus signs will link you to the official PostBus site. Click on the inset picture in the lower left corner to enjoy a ride on the PostBus through the mountains of the Swiss National Park. To find bus connections with Lue on the web, you have to insert the name "Lü, Lüsai", which are two parts of the village. After crossing the tiny village of Lue (listen to the bells), you find the AAV-center at its western end and the domes 900 ft (300 m) further to the southwest.
