Studios

One of the unique aspects of AAV Lue-Stailas is that we strive to combine the historical heritage of the region with modern life style and high-tech equipment allowing the visitors to fully enjoy the beauty of the local night sky.

The visitors will experience this philosophy in the brand new AAV center while staying in modern studios offering all the comfort including an own kitchenette, a full bath, TV/DVD, radio/CD player, and free access to the internet. The cozy atmosphere of each studio is complemented by a spectacular view of the alpine panorama.

The region provides limitless opportunities for daytime nature walks, biking tours, or even more demanding "hiking expeditions" up to altitudes of 10000 ft (3000 m) or more. In winter, downhill and cross-country skiing are possible right from the door step. We also strongly suggest visiting of the neighboring villages in the valley and beyond. You will find beautiful, traditional, and historic architecture, led by the Monastery of Saint John in Muestair from the 8th century, a UNESCO World Heritage Center.
A visit to Val Muestair and AAV Lue-Stailas will stay for ever in your memory.

The views from our studios overlook a beautiful panorama of Swiss-Italian Alps with several 10000 ft peaks. Beyond these mountains, the Stelvio National Park is beckoning with its natural beauties and the rest of northern Italy with its culinary and architectonic treasures.
